Ketawai Island

Here are the gallery of my adventure in Ketawai Island couple days ago. This island is such a paradise. I would actually make a story about it but I still can't finish it due to some silly stuff.

today's adventure

That is the PT Timah exploration drilling ship Geotin 3, yes, there, very far away from me.. Well, as a reporter I should go as close as possible with the object I need to report, but today is very hot so I was content to be in the safe side here, hehe.. Plus, my fellow photojournalist already on board *smirk*

I have the best job in the whole world. Being a reporter, I can do the most impossible thing people 've ever imagined they did in their work; having fun!

Yes, as a reporter, all I need to do is going out, meeting people, getting to know them, talk to them, share and learn their story then write it into a clear yet reason piece of article.

This is me in the only Asia's Tin Museum in Bangka Island, this is the curator of the museum. This is one of the tin mining vessel.

Me and.. I forgot this boy name, it has been so long time ago. But, living in a very far outside islands of the country, this boy has a big dream to be a journalist.

today is very epic

Today,, I woke up in my 27th birth day morning with the beauty of glistening rainI was slightly feeling like a princess. Very romantic, I was like.. "ahh, it's perfect! Rainy mellow birth day" 

But then I went to bathroom to wash my face when I sensed something was wrong, but I ignored my instinct, I kept on washing, *still with princess feeling, of course!* and then I walked out side, feeling the breeze of the air.

I almost sing and dance for that lovely morning. Yes, just like the Snow White do with those little birds..  *lalalalaaaa so fresh morning*

So I walked back in to my room, put on my contact lenses and back to the bathroom, and I saw a COCKROACHHHHH!!!!!!!! right in the corner of the wall, I was like ARGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!

OMG!!! I can't believe I can't see it with out my lenses.. I was soooo blinddddd!!!
But it wasn't the worst part.
Panicked, I ran out side to the porch when I saw something grey dead on the doormat.. a RATTTT!!!!  Oh NOOOO, it was too late when I realised that I stepped on that just now..  IT WAS GROOOOSSSS!! 
OMG!!! I was screaming and all of my neighbors came out, I was so like.. waddaffff..

My first 27th birthday in Bangka Belitung was suck!!

What I thought,  it was going to be to be one of those Snow White scenes in Disney movies, but it turned into a horrible scenes of serial beasts apperance in my room!

My Snow White fantasy turned into the Beauty and the Beasts, literally..

But thanks God, all of my good friends sent their love and wishes to me this morning, that really could wash away my horror morning. I love you all XOXO

 sorry for the full of emoticons on this post, but those are really showing how I feel..
